He had a thriving photography business and you know what he said that helped me? He said, "Sometimes there is going to be grain in your picture. What is so wrong with that?"

So, now, occasionally, I embrace the grain : )

Super excited for your class!Anonymoushttps://www.blogger.com/profile/07874897254332872367noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3693706180180344535.post-37208847668663614652011-04-15T16:58:13.435-07:002011-04-15T16:58:13.435-07:00Ha! My guess is, as with many cameras, you can't get away with low-lighting or fast motion without substantially lowering the quality of the photos. Noise is enemy #1. Blur is next. Not that those things HAVE to be bad, but 95% of the time there is no artistic justification for noise. Film noise=pretty. Digital noise=ugly. Blur us a lot more likely to work--but it should be intentional.marchttps://www.blogger.com/profile/13339639747213787334noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3693706180180344535.post-17030238061286690192011-04-15T16:49:06.368-07:002011-04-15T16:49:06.368-07:00How do I figure out what my camera limitations are...How do I figure out what my camera limitations are? It seems to have all limitations and no possibilities. It's my fault, I bought a Nikon Coolpix S700 becasue Ashton Kutcher was on the commercial.

Yep, I pride myself on my research and logic.Jocelynhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/03595398481838662454noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3693706180180344535.post-44047435067892671102011-04-15T16:47:54.786-07:002011-04-15T16:47:54.786-07:00This comment has been removed by the author.Jocelynhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/12382541678284154566noreply@blogger.com
